The SPNS-1106S is a fast recovery diode of 600 V / 10 A. Well-balanced characteristics between lower VF and fast recovery are ensured, achieving loss reduction. The maximum trr of 100 ns is realized by optimizing a life-time control. The low thermal resistance package achieves high performance in terms of heat dissipation.
